Our Managing Partners have over 20 years of combined Industry knowledge. They were previously Branch Managers with a national Human Resources Consulting and Staffing Firm. The Partners are very hands-on and prefer to deal directly with our clients to assure their needs are met with precision.

Can I hire a Trusted Transportation Solutions driver on to my payroll?
Yes. As part of our “NO FEES” agreement, after a predetermined amount of hours you are able to hire our driver on to your payroll at no additional costs to you or the driver.

How much notice do I have to give in order to get a driver?
Normally one day. However, in most cases, we are capable of dispatching drivers to your facility on the same day ordered.

Does your insurance liability cover road accidents?
No. You are the responsible party for providing all necessary insurance on your vehicle and cargo. The driver drives solely under your authority, control and supervision. Please refer to our Service Agreement to help determine liabilities and responsibilities.

What if I need to reach someone from your office after hours?
We provide all of our clients with a contact number where a Trusted Transportation Solutions representative can be reached 24 hours - 7 day a week.

Are your drivers subject to DOT REQUIRED Random Drug and Alcohol Testing?
Yes. All Trusted Transportation Solutions drivers are drug screened prior to starting any assignment. In addition, all drivers are part of a consortium where the sampling is higher then what is required by DOT.

Are your drivers independent contractors?
No. All Trusted Transportation Solutions drivers are W-2 employees. Therefore, we pay all workers compensation cost and payroll costs, which include federal and state taxes, FUTA and SUTA.
